Proxylity Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs refund requests for Proxylity UDP Gateway ("Service") provided by Proxylity LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. No Refunds for Consumed Services

Proxylity UDP Gateway is a usage-based service that bills for resources consumed, including:

We do not issue refunds for services that have already been consumed or rendered. Once packets have been processed, listeners have been active, or other billable operations have occurred, those charges are final and non-refundable.

Refund requests for AWS Marketplace subscriptions must be directed to Proxylity support (as described below), not to AWS. We will work with AWS to process any approved refunds in accordance with AWS Marketplace procedures.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or payment provider without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to:
